This is my first pie, EVER. A gala apple pie.
Its also my only blog. I will attempt a pie a week.
Crust: smitten kitchen all butter recipe ( I loathe vegetable shortening)

I made the dough, let it set in the fridge and then attempted a lattice pattern but ran out of dough. oops!
It did taste amazing
